Habitat America, seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for Broadview and Woodcliffe Manor in Baltimore, MD. This community is made up of almost 500 Market Rate units.
The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step in the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have least 3 years of prior property management experience as a Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional.
