· Foster strong relationships with members, volunteers, industry partners, vendors, and community stakeholders while serving as the primary point of contact for the Association.
· Support advocacy initiatives, professional development opportunities, and programs that strengthen the value of REALTOR® membership.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and recommend solutions that support the Association's long-term success.
· Represent the Association professionally at local, state, and national meetings, conferences, and industry events as appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

· Familiarity of the real estate industry and nonprofit operations preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
· General knowledge QuickBooks preferred.
· Ability to learn and utilize Association Management Systems (AMS), including Rappatoni Magic, Engage, Canva, marketing platforms, social media, and other emerging technologies.
· Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency while exercising sound judgment and independent thinking.
· Excellent written communication skills, including professional correspondence, newsletters, reports, and meeting materials.
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as the primary point of contact for members, volunteer leaders, vendors, and community partners.
· Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
