Role Overview:
Provide senior-level business analysis and technical HRIS support for a statewide Workday HCM implementation replacing PeopleSoft HCM. Responsibilities include data conversion and integration support, tier-two user support, and liaison work between business units and technical teams to ensure accurate system functionality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and resolve data conversion and integration issues; document root causes and ensure accurate population of data into Workday.
Provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements.
Provide tier-two user support and act as liaison between business units and technical teams.
Support Compensation, Learning, Talent (Recruiting and Performance) and/or Core HR functions as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum four years’ experience implementing and/or administering HRIS, including direct experience in large-scale data conversions.
Strong data analysis skills.
Demonstrated success in implementing complex HRIS integrations.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Skills:
Direct experience administering Workday Benefits with multiple integration partners.
Experience supporting large-scale HR system integrations.
Experience administering PeopleSoft HCM.
Experience supporting technology in the public sector.
