Our client is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney in the Dallas, TX area to support attorneys throughout all stages of civil litigation. This role involves conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, organizing case materials, and assisting with hearings, depositions, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, analytical, and able to handle multiple cases in a fastpaced environment while maintaining strong communication with clients and legal staff.

Required Qualifications :
  • 3 plus years of experience in Litigation
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Strong Knowledge of civil litigation procedures
  • Familiarity with legal research tools (Westlaw , LexisNexis)
  • Previous Law firm experience
  • Active license to practice law in Texas
  • High Attention to detail and organization

Hours: Mon-Fri Flex on hours, 8:30 - 5:30, 8-5 or 9-6
