Associate/Attorney 
Are you looking for a change, a new opportunity, or a fresh start? Or are you a solo practitioner looking to join a firm for growth and prosperity? For the past 27 years, our firm has been servicing our communities with pride and success. The Law Office of Anthony A. Fatemi, LLC is looking to hire an attorney to assist our growing/expanding firm in the areas of Immigration, personal injury, family law, and criminal defense.  Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of MD and have 3-5-years’ experience.  Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.  Candidates must also have excellent client communication skills, strong writing, and analytical skills. In addition, candidates must be able to work as a team player, pay attention to detail, and exercise sound judgment.  Finally, candidates must be proficient in AILA Link, Westlaw, Lexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the law firm with our growth in the areas of Immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense and Business law
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents for submission to courts
  • Conduct client's consultation and issue spotting
  • Be a team player with other members to advance the firm's clients' needs

Candidates must also have excellent client communication skills, strong writing, and analytical skills. In addition, candidates must have the ability to work as a team player, pay attention to detail, and have sound judgment.  Finally, candidates must
