Job description

This position is responsible for the managing content, product introductions and user experience of colehaan.com. This works closely with DTC Merchandising, Planning, Analytics and Marketing. The primary responsibility of the Site Management Associate is optimizing user experience, through contributing to product introductions, seasonal content, and iterative user experience enhancements.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Web Producer and Digital Merchants to prepare all content for seasonal site updates including but not limited to product introductions and customer tools such as store locators and shipment / return tracking experiences
  • Solicit and manage site experience product and pricing approvals from key stakeholders and teams prior to launch
  • Test and QA user site experience - including products, pricing to ensure proper functionality, display
  • Work with Digital Merchants to maintain seasonal buy tools
  • Provide support to international digital teams for utilization of domestic product information + unique international product needs

Site Management

  • Manage item setup for digital site including, but not limited to:
    • Track product inventory and photography / sample orders in partnership with Operations and Photo Studio
    • Navigate and attribute all products
    • Coordinateand edit product categorization
    • Create cross sells for new products and categories
  • Provide product data and/or imagery as support to international digital teams
  • Track and publish status of seasonal inventory availability for key site updates out to cross-functional partners

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience within e-commerce and/or digital
  • Preferred management experience
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Must be organized, deadline oriented, and a quick learner with business analytical skills

Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $70,000 to $80,000 annually*

Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
