Mandatory Qualifications:
At least seven (7) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years performing design, development, and implementation of distributed, enterprise scalable MVC and Web Forms web applications, Microsoft WCF and RESTful web services running on Windows servers using Microsoft C# .NET in support of a large-scale Pension, Financial, or similar type organization.
At least five (5) years of experience creating highly usable internet and intranet applications using ASP.NET, C#, C, HTML, JavaScript, & CSS.
At least five (5) years of experience integrating modern n-tier enterprise applications with mainframe legacy systems.
At least two (2) years of experience using LINQ and Entity Framework.
At least one (1) year experience developing cloud-native applications that utilize managed services, serverless compute, containers.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in information technology.
Certification: AWS Developer or Solution Architect certification at Associate or higher level.
Desirable Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of Bootstrap, Telerik Kendo UI, and CSS LESS/SASS Pre-processors.
Experience using Microsoft Web API & Microsoft ASP.NET MVC with Angular.js, Knockout.js, or other popular JavaScript libraries.
Experience converting .Net Framework solutions to .Net Core.
Experience using AWS/Azure .Net SDKs to leverage the APIs of cloud-based managed services.
Experience writing serverless compute functions or containerized Web APIs.
Ability to mentor development staff to work effectively with established design patterns leveraging shared services, a robust library of base classes, & available utilities.
Ability to create technical specifications, functional requirements, design models, test plans, user documentation, or other SDLC artifacts as needed.
Experience with iterative development methodologies, particularly Agile/SCRUM.
Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills.
