What You Will Be Doing

Join Titleist as a Lead Back End Application Developer and play a key role in shaping the technology that powers our connected consumer experiences. In this hands‑on leadership role, you will architect, build, and evolve scalable backend platforms that support mobile applications and digital products used by golfers around the world. Leveraging modern technologies including .NET/C#, microservices, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and AI-enabled integrations, you will drive the development of secure, high-performing solutions that connect enterprise systems, third‑party platforms, and emerging technologies. Working closely with product, UX, QA, and infrastructure teams, you will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and help define the backend architecture strategy that enables innovation, reliability, and growth. With a focus on scalability, performance, and continuous improvement, you will help deliver exceptional digital experiences while advancing the future of Titleist Performance technology.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of back-end development experience using C# and .NET Core
  • Proven experience developing and deploying microservices in Azure Kubernetes environments
  • Experience building service layers leveraging Azure services, including Blob Storage, Service Bus, and Event Grid
  • Strong understanding of the Backend for Frontend (BFF) design pattern and building backend systems optimized for mobile and web experiences
  • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Proven ability to build enterprise-grade integrations with external APIs, third‑party platforms, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience implementing secure interfaces using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols
  • Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment following Scrum best practices, with proficiency in Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and BigQuery
  • Experience using Datadog for monitoring and observability
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and API versioning best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
