What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

Creates store execution tools.

That includes seasonal presentation sets and any needed presentation changes throughout the season to react to current business trends.

Ensure direction is written and formatted in a way that is clear, actionable, and easy to follow.

Supports the execution of the merchandising sets.

Works with guidance from the Visual Merchandise Manager to execute physical sets in the model store for creating company direction.

Develops and manages timelines that affect store execution tools, such as flow of product into model store for merchandise sets, information needed for directives, etc.

Coordinates and supports daily/weekly operational tasks for field communication.

Fashion merchandising or visual merchandising degree is a plus.

Retail visual merchandising and operations are required.

Photoshop and or in design is required including all Microsoft systems. AutoCad would be great as well.
