Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Store Designer, Franchise &Licensingto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing store designsalongside our global franchise partnersthat align with our brand identity and enhancethe customerexperience. This role involves working closely withour external franchise partnersto design, coordinate OSMand monitor construction progressas well asvariousinternaldepartments, such as real estate, construction, procurement, visual merchandising and store operations, to ensure store layouts are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
Coordinates end-to-end project workflow by meeting project deadlines, including feasibility studies, proposed store planning,external partner coordinationand approved store implementation.
Project manages pre-construction process; effectively supervisespartner contacts and reviews drawings for the franchise partner'sarchitect, engineer,andexternal vendors to ensure key project milestones are met efficiently and on time.
Prepares/reviewsdetailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, select renderings, shop drawings and landlord documentation, etc. as needed.
