About the role

Join the LIVI Activewear Design Team and help bring seasonal collections to life for a brand focused on style, comfort, and confidence. In this role, you’ll support the design process from concept through final product—partnering with Designers, cross-functional teams, agents, and vendors to execute fresh, brand-right assortments that meet customer needs, line plan direction, and margin goals. • Prepare visual tools and presentation materials, including sketches, image tears, boards, Google Slides presentations, fabric swatches, and color standards.
  • Communicate with agent and vendor offices as needed to support daily design and development priorities.
  • Coordinate and organize category samples, CADs, and materials for line review and Line Coordination.
  • Attend fit sessions for assigned categories and update PLM, sketches, and related materials as needed.
  • Partner with PD, Sourcing, R&D, overseas partners, and merchants to support accurate design execution, fabric exploration, and sales-informed development.
  • Collaborate with the broader design team to support outfit building, monthly messages, color direction, and lifestyle storytelling.
  • Assist with seasonal sketching, accurate tech packs, tech pack updates, and line sheets under the direction of the Sr. Designer and/or Designer.

You’ll bring to the role

  • 1-2 years of experience in a design or product development related position for a fashion retailer.
  • Some background in fit, fabric development, finishes and construction details preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point. Prior PLM, Adobe Illustrator and Google Slides experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships quickly.

Benefits

  • You will be eligible to receive a merchandise discount at select KnitWell Group brands, subject to each brand’s discount policies.
