Role Functions and Responsibilities
  • Create world class designs that support marketing across web, campaigns, email, social, and emerging channels.
  • Support the systems that power our digital experiences by developing scalable patterns, reusable components, and content frameworks.
  • Contribute to our design system by creating and maintaining component libraries, templates, variables, design tokens, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation between design and production.
  • Help improve creative workflows and content generation through reusable templates, AI‑assisted tools, and scalable design practices.
  • Manage projects independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Passion for graphic design and a commitment to continuously learning and evolving your craft.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, with a strong eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with 5-8+ years of experience in an in‑house marketing organization, agency, or similar environment.
  • An online portfolio demonstrating expertise across brand design, marketing, AI‑assisted design, and creative automation.
  • Experience designing, maintaining, and evolving design systems.
  • Understanding of B2B tech marketing, ideally on a global/regional scale.
  • Demonstrable experience incorporating AI‑assisted tools to accelerate creative workflows, content creation, and production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Tokens, Libraries, and Prototyping.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work full‑time in a hybrid environment, Monday through Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
