ROLE SUMMARY:

The Trade Marketing Manager as the leader of activation for national, regional, and local partnerships and programs, working with distributors and retailers to maximize brand execution, consumer engagement, volume, and share growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans and channel playbooks.

  • Lead activations, samplings, sponsorships, and events.

  • Manage venue and event marketing programs.

  • Drive flawless execution of national and regional brand programs.

  • Partner with wholesalers, retailers, and agency partners.

  • Manage territory budgets, sponsorship investments, and ROI.

  • Support both On-Premise and Off-Premise channel growth.

  • Monitor competitive activity and identify marketplace opportunities.

  • Coach field teams and trade activation resources.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Teams, and Commercial teams

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degreehighly preferred

  • 5-7 years sales and/or marketing experience

  • In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization

  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools

  • Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the On-Premise Channel

  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities, preferred

  • Beer/alcohol industry knowledgepreferred
