Operations performance and Business Intelligence team is seeking an energetic and effective Technical Project Manager.

The successful candidate will serve a number of sub-teams responsible for building key components of our business intelligence and reporting suite. The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, design and business stakeholders to clarify goals, and use effective process to align teams, seek clarity and empower teams to drive for results.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or analyst on technical projects (Software Development, DevOps, etc.)
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements to processes and projects
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making, and analytical skills
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience facilitating project ceremonies and managing multiple projects
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects with strict deadlines
  • Be able to listen to internal customers and create project plan accordingly
  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, related field (business, finance, mathematics, computer science), or equivalent professional experience is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, PowerBI, Figma
  • Experience with data analysis/BI/presentation tools such as PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous or challenging situations
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship development skills

Location:
Chicago, IL, Bethesda, MD, or Melville, NY; This is a hybrid role with 3 day in office requirement.

Annual Salary
$77,900.00 - $129,150.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidateโ€™s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
