Required Skills:

Scrum Master Certified (CSM)

5-10 years TPM experience working with enterprise development teams including 2-3 years' experience working as a certified scrum master and 3 years' experience managing and participating in progressively more complex technology projects

Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and best practices including project planning, resource management, consensus building, and process improvement

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams

Strong customer focus and excellence in relationship management with key partners

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop consensus across organizational lines

Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills

Ability to excel and adapt to a demanding, constantly changing environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cooperative effort



Qualifications

Desired Skills:


Experience managing projects in conjunction with LEAN and Agile SDLC practices


Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft products including: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint


Experience managing organizational change in coordination with implementing technical improvements


Experience in higher education especially with a large, complex research university


Project Management Professional (PMP) certification


Business Certification Program (BACP)


Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
