Job Description:
This is a high profile and fast paced role within the Data and Technology arms of RAPP. The role involves managing the full lifecycle development of multiple projects simultaneously with the provision of leadership, direction and supervision to a number of project leaders and system engineers running independent projects and managing system changes. The type of projects you will be responsible for managing involves the development and implementation of large scale real-time marketing solutions and are highly driven by data and technology innovation
Another key part of this role will involve being a business and technical liaison with a diverse range of functions with RAPP's client, their agency partners and RAPP third party suppliers. You will be charged with setting and reviewing objectives and coordinating technology implementation activities across projects along with leaders from the technology group. In addition, you'll have commercial responsibility for your team and will be expected to provide accurate estimates, and measure these forecasts against actuals.
We are looking for someone who can understand and drive client requirements to ensure RAPP delivers excellent solutions both from a technical and operational perspective, someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and manage the project through to delivery. You're creative, solutions-driven, organized and have exceptional people skills.Chicago: $90,000 - $105,000
