INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Senior Technical Engagement Manager to balance deep technical engineering and enterprise architecture.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
Scope of work and Deliverables:
• Strategic Technical & Delivery Leadership: Balance deep technical engineering and enterprise architecture with high-level delivery management and global team oversight.
• Serve as the primary architectural and managerial authority for the synchronization of distributed teams.
• Act as a key bridge to ensure seamless communication between US stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Strategic Roadmap Governance: Direct responsibility for monthly roadmap audits. Proactively reprioritize or remove initiatives based on ROI, technical health, and cross-shore resource
bandwidth.
• Executive Visualization: Translate complex technical roadmaps and project milestones into clear, value-based visual outcomes for C-suite and executive-level reporting.
NOTE: This position involves process planning, project work, and overall project coordination. It does not involve any direct management or supervision and the position does not have authority to make staffing decisions (i.e. hiring, terminating, making promotions or compensation decisions).
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field plus at least 5 years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
-experience in engineering and system architecture, including service as delivery manager for complex enterprise accounts
-working with global teams tailored for large companies in the U.S.A.
-experience in managing engineering squads
-experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications
-experience in teams supervision, conflict resolution, and operational management of multidisciplinary engineering squads across different regions
-demonstrated proficiency with Cloud Ecosystems (AZURE/AWS)
-demonstrated proficiency in Data Infrastructure
-demonstrated proficiency in full Software Development Cycle
