Job description

Proximie is on a mission to improve healthcare by transforming the world's operating rooms into connected ecosystems of people, devices, and data.

Our Intelligence Suite transforms operating room (OR) performance, keeping teams in sync and workflows on track to maximise throughput. Simultaneously our computer vision and AI capabilities capture real-time data and detect surgical events - improving quality of data outputs. The result: ORs are optimised like never before - with predictive analytics and automated notifications ensuring patients and staff are in the right place at the right time.

Once practitioners are in the OR, our Surgical Suite enables real-time remote access and creates a secure video record of every procedure; improving training, education, and collaboration. It is an intuitive asset which helps instil a culture of continuous learning, accelerates the adoption of cutting-edge medical devices, and enhances surgical performance across the entire global workforce - improving outcomes and saving lives.

Proximie was commercialised in 2019 and is available in over 800 facilities globally. Check out our Founder and CEONadineโ€™s Origins Story here: https://www.proximie.com/about-us/

Position Overview

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of Intelligence Suite and Surgical Suite deployments across our US Go-To-Market customers. You will work closely with teams on both sides - internal and commercial - so that onboarding stays on track, delivery stays on schedule, and our health-system partners always know where things stand. The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare technology, surgical/OR systems and EHR integrations, with a strong technical fluency in EHR/OR workflows, data integration concepts, paired with exceptional project management fundamentals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate Go-To-Market (GTM) and implementation activities internally across cross functional teams and externally with commercial sites.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and cross-site alignment to maintain momentum and clarity of execution.
  • Act as the technical point of contact between health-system partners and Proximie's engineering and clinical teams, translating EHR/OR workflow and integration requirements into clear implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain critical GTM documentation, playbooks, and supporting materials to enable repeatable success.
  • Track and report on progress, risks, and dependencies, providing visibility to key stakeholders and driving timely interventions.
  • Partner with EHR integration and AI governance teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and usability throughout each deployment.
  • Optimize internal resourcing through effective capacity planning for core contributors across the Intelligence Suite.
  • Support senior commercial leaders by owning technical and operational execution, escalating risks early, and enabling them to remain focused on strategic, customer-facing priorities.
  • Partner with Transformation managers and CSM to ensure timelines align to customer KPIs and expectations and are clearly communicated at a set cadence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in technical or commercial project management within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong background in healthcare technology, surgical/OR hardware systems, and EHR integrations, with working knowledge of data integration concepts and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, or comparable interoperability frameworks).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align a variety of stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable outcomes with speed and precision.
  • Execution-focused mindset, combining pragmatism with a high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with EHR integration and AI governance teams.
  • Recognized project management certification preferred.
Why Work for Proximie?
  • You will be encouraged to grow in your role, take ownership and gain responsibilities. Proximie's values are Ownership, Deliver Results, Build Trust and Go Beyond.
  • Generous annual leave.
  • Two "well-being" days per year plus the day off for your birthday.
  • Summer Fridays - early office closing on Fridays during summer months.
  • Annual bonus programme - based on individual contribution.
  • To support your professional growth, all permanent employees will have access to an annual stipend of $1,000 to assist with personal development activities.
  • A flat organizational structure where every opinion matters, ideas are cultivated, and innovation is encouraged.
  • Proximie is a truly global company with teams across the UK, Europe, United States and the Middle East with that you will have opportunities to see the world.
