Job description

We are Lockheed Martin
You will be the Systems Engineer Associate Manager for the Hardware Development team which is responsible for delivering integrated hardware and software solutions for advanced aerospace programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team that designs, develops, and validates embedded systems, SoCs, and FPGAbased solutions for the F35, F16, and Skunk Works mission sets.
You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery within Agile development cycles.
Your responsibilities will include:
Guiding the team through all phases of software development, from requirements to verification.
Supporting team creating architecture designs, logic designs, and system simulations for complex embedded platforms.
Leading Skunk Works research and development efforts and translating breakthroughs into productionready solutions.
Performing simulation and analysis of FPGA and embedded system designs to meet performance and reliability targets.
