You will collaborate with the Raytheon Systems Engineering solution development teams to implement Model Based Engineering (MBE) capabilities and practices as part of the standard Raytheon Digital Engineering Ecosystem. You come to this role with a strong background in hardware product development combined with experience in MBSE, MBE, and Model-Based Product Line Engineering (MBPLE). This is an onsite role located in Tewksbury, MA, Marlborough, MA, Woburn, MA, or Aurora, CO. What You Will Do * Drive Systems Engineering processes on your engagements
* Create and validate MBSE models including Stakeholder Needs/Requirements; Behavioral Diagrams; Structural Diagrams; Measures of effectiveness/technical performance measures
* Support the development of connectivity between MBSE tools and other hardware design/analysis tools
* Create specifications, interface descriptions, execute trade studies and analyses
* Lead multiple tool and environment integrations
* Develop and share best practices, mentor, and train others Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant prior experience in MBSE
* Experience with systems, mechanical, or electrical design and analysis tools
* Experience with requirements development and management
* Experience with Cameo/MagicDraw/Teamwork Cloud and SysML modeling
* Experience with MagicGrid methodology and framework
* Experience developing products in various product development lifecycles including agile and waterfall Qualifications We Prefer * Familiarity with digital twin concepts
