Job description

Supervises and coordinates warehouse and operations activities. Verifies completeness and accuracy of associate's job performance for receiving stocking, picking, shipping and material handling. Engages with employees to adhere to all safety standards and teamwork philosophy. Supports the management of building compliance and maintenance. Meet Safety Standards, Quality Standards, Productive Goals and Cost Objectives
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage and ensure the implementation of distribution activities, schedules and methods to attain goals and ensure procedural compliance in the Distribution facility
  • Coach, mentor and develop/train personnel.
  • Supervise facility personnel for compliance with company policies and corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all safety and procedural standards and objectives are met and followed.
  • Develop good knowledge and understanding of all customers specific requirements.
  • Accountable for monitoring and reporting of the sites' operations performance metrics.
  • Understand and implement procedures/processes to meet TS 16949/IATF 16949 and MMOG requirements
  • Meet customer 100% on time delivery requirements.
  • Meet company 100% inventory accountability and accuracy
  • Support Management on any building maintenance and compliance activities
  • SEWS Physical Inventory coordination
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, HS Diploma, GED or Technical Certificate required, 6-8 years of progressive experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory capacity in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution and/or Manufacturing.
  • Must be able to resolve complex issues of a moderate scope using independent judgement. Excellent interpersonal communication and managerial skills.
  • Valid state issued driver's license required.
