Description

Our Warehouse Lead will assist operational activities within the distribution warehouse to achieve efficient fulfillment of customer orders while following company defined procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Help manage drivers and warehouse operatives 
  • Assure warehouse optimization standards are met 
  • Receiving deliveries, unloading trucks and storing of inventory
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of vendor products
  • Performing daily vehicle inspections per company policy and ensuring truck maintenance needs are addressed
  • Participation in daily cycle count process
  • Other duties as requested or needed
Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds while bending and twisting
  • Computers experience including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must maintain a current driver's license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
