Dev10 is seeking an Associate Software Developer for a remote position requiring relocation anywhere in the U.S. This is a direct hire opportunity with our next training cohort starting Monday, November 10, 2025. This role provides a path for individuals with foundational technical skills to launch a career in software development.

Through an immersive paid training program, you will learn in-demand technologies including Java, Spring, and React before being placed on a two-year client project as a Dev10 consultant. Responsibilities: Actively participate in an immersive, 3-4 month paid training program to build the technical skills needed from the ground up Train in technologies including Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React Receive mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers in a hands-on environment Upon successful completion of training, work for two years on client projects as a Dev10 Software Developer Requirements: Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Bachelor's degree Programming experience (minimum 6 months) from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation Desired skills: Passion for learning and interest in Software Development Strong logic and reasoning skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities Team-oriented mindset Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year Benefits: Paid training at $600/week during the immersive learning period $2,500 relocation assistance A dedicated Dev10 Manager to help you navigate corporate culture and support your growth Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
