About the Position 

As a Production Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of world-building, concept art, and visual development projects for some of the biggest game studios in the industry.
Working closely with Producers, Art Leads, and artists, you will help coordinate day-to-day production activities, maintain project visibility, facilitate communication, and ensure teams have the information they need to deliver high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
  • Support Producers and Art Leads in the day-to-day management of multiple projects. 
  • Help maintain project schedules, task tracking, and milestone planning. 
  • Update project management tools (Jira, Hansoft, spreadsheets, etc.). 
  • Monitor project progress and help identify risks or blockers early. 
  • Ensure project information remains accurate and up to date. 
Communication & Team Support
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings. 
  • Prepare meeting agendas and capture actionable notes. 
  • Follow up on action items and ensure decisions are properly communicated. 
  • Facilitate communication between artists, leads, production, and clients when required. 
  • Support onboarding and integration of new team members. 
Reporting & Operations
  • Prepare project status reports and dashboards. 
  • Track asset delivery progress and maintain production documentation. 
  • Support billing, purchase order, and contractor tracking processes. 
  • Assist with project setup and project closure activities, including post-mortems.

  • Préparer les rapports d’avancement des projets et les tableaux de bord.
  • Assurer le suivi de la livraison des modèles 2D & 3D et maintenir à jour la documentation.
  • Soutenir les processus de facturation et de suivi des ressources contractuelles.
  • Faciliter le démarrage et la clôture des projets, notamment en tenant des rétrospectives de projet.

  •  Candidates with at least one years’ experience as an Associate Producer, managing internal teams within the game industry (Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, Audio Specialists, Senior Project Managers, and Associate Producers etc.) preferred.
  •  We also welcome fresh graduates with game design background or digital media and excellent English communication skills to apply for this position.
  •  Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • English fluency. 
  • Familiar with Agile & Scrum methodology 
  • Experience using Jira, Hansoft, Shotgrid, or similar production tools is a plus
