In this role, you will be part of the development and enhancement of both modern React and Node.js applications as well as the modernization of existing .NET/Java applications. You will navigate a fastpaced environment with an ambitious product roadmap while keeping the platform stable, secure, performant, and continuously improving.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with product owners, architects and senior engineers across the full software development lifecycle
  • Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative and meaningful digital solutions
  • Support and perform regular security audits and collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities
  • Drive incident investigations, root causes and continuous improvements with the team
  • Find thoughtful uses of AI tools to enhance development speed, efficiency, and quality

Required Qualifications:

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge in Node.js, React, and Modern JavaScript
  • Experience with Web Services, APIs

Salary range is expected to be between

$69,525.00 CAD - $115,875.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
