Job description

Service Station Systems, Inc. - a company under Northwest Pump - is excited to open the position of Warehouse Associate and potentially have you as part of our growing company! This role has traditional warehouse responsibilities with exposure to basic vehicle maintenance cleaning and management, and supporting general operations. You will play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and compliant by assisting with vehicle upkeep, safety inspections, warehouse management, cleaning, shipping and receiving and inventory control.
Job Duties:

  • Assist with cleaning and inspection of company vehicles, loading and unloading, cycle counts, etc.
  • Manage parts inventory for both the warehouse and vehicle fleet, including receiving, organizing, labeling, and tracking tools, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection and inventory records using internal software systems (inventory systems or software, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and vendor deliveries.
  • Ensure the warehouse and shop areas are organized, safe, and compliant with all internal protocols.
  • Occasionally assist with deliveries or pickup of parts using company vehicles.
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse management to complete special projects and support field technician operations as needed.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or a related logistics or maintenance field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and maintain clean, accurate records.
  • Comfort working with tools, parts, and technical systems common to Warehouse environments.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a physically active, warehouse/shop environment.
  • Positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

  • This non-exempt, full-time position pays an hourly rate of $23-24
