Finance Service Desk Analyst

About the Role

RSM is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-to mid-career professional (0-3+ years of experience) with an interest in finance, accounting, and technology.

In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for users across the firm, helping them navigate and troubleshoot finance applications and data. You'll gain valuable exposure to enterprise financial systems while building foundational skills in problem-solving, communication, and client service. What You'll Do
  • Provide first-level support for finance applications and finance-related data inquiries
  • Respond to user questions via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and ensure accurate tracking in incident management systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the user experience
  • Support initiatives to improve data accuracy and data quality
