Job description

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Appointment Scheduler to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating appointments, assisting customers by phone, maintaining accurate scheduling records, and ensuring an efficient scheduling process.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service. Previous scheduling, receptionist, call center, or administrative experience is helpful but not required, as paid training is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer appointments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Make outbound calls regarding appointment confirmations.
  • Update customer information in scheduling software.
