Job description

We are currently seeking a staffing position to join our awesome team! The Staffing Team Member will handle every aspect of the company’s staffing needs via the College Nannies Resource Center (extensive paid training provided). 

You will be responsible for staffing our various sitters in the franchise's markets nationwide. This is a fast-paced work environment that requires skills in multi-tasking and computer use. Position can be full or part time and weekends only, if that's what you need for your schedule.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with answering phones
  • Scheduling sitters with family matches
  • Maintain familiarity with clients and caregivers
  • Data Entry
  • Record Keeping
