As a Financial Risk & Markets- Data & Technology - Experienced Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, driving data-driven decision-making for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on utilizing data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems and optimizing their operations to achieve strategic goals. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to client engagements and projects. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. You are expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. Responsibilities
  • Conducting complex data analysis to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making

  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines and integration processes to validate data quality and integrity
  • Creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau to visualize data trends and performance metrics
  • Applying machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling to enhance data analysis capabilities
  • Collaborating with team members and clients to gather information and analyze facts for informed insights
  • Implementing data security measures and validation processes to protect sensitive information

What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
  • At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
  • Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Utilizing machine learning techniques for financial risk analysis
  • Engaging in complex data modeling and statistical analysis
  • Applying algorithm development skills in data-driven projects
  • Excelling in dashboard creation and data integration tasks
Travel Requirements Up to 60%Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
