Role Description The Associate Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bakersfield/Fresno, CA. This position supports the sales team in promoting Zimmer Biomet products to surgeons, surgical staff, and hospital decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with case coverage in operating rooms, preparing product sets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and responding to urgent requests from clinical teams. The role also involves coordinating product demonstrations, gathering customer feedback, and documenting sales activities in CRM or other tracking tools. The Associate Sales Representative will collaborate with senior sales representatives, participate in product and clinical training, and contribute to territory growth through excellent service and follow-up.
