Our employees make it all possible, and a career with us means you're joining a successful team committed to engaging, empowering, and improving the K-12 education experience everywhere.

Team Overview

Our Sales Operations team is a small, collaborative group that makes sure PowerSchool's sales org has what it needs to run well. We work side by side with Sales leadership, Finance, HR, and the Salesforce admin team on the data, reporting, and processes our reps count on. We like solving messy problems, building better ways of doing things, and sharing what we learn along the way.

ResponsibilitiesDescription

The Associate Sales Operations Analyst is an entry-level role on our Planning, Performance & Productivity team, and a great first step into sales operations. You'll help keep PowerSchool's sales data clean and accurate so every rep, territory, and deal is set up to succeed. You'll work across Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and UltiPro/UKG, and you'll learn the business from the inside, with a manager who's invested in helping you grow. The work we do here has a real ripple effect, because the data and reporting you support helps PowerSchool serve educators and students in classrooms across the country. It's also a role with real ownership from day one, not just support tasks.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • Produce the weekly leaderboards, headcount updates, and org chart senior sales leadership runs the business on.
  • Run routine Salesforce data audits (hierarchies, inactive assignments, missing fields, owner-to-quota alignment) and submit cleanup requests.
  • Coordinate account ownership changes and off-cycle comp amendments from start to finish, including renewal-target impact, manager alignment, file prep, mail merges, and DocuSign.
  • Maintain the team's Salesforce reports, Power BI dashboards, Excel trackers, and documentation (SOPs, intake steps, comms templates, signed comp plans).
  • Coordinate Salesforce updates across the employee lifecycle (new hires, transfers, departures, and territory changes) by gathering inputs and submitting tickets to the Salesforce admin team.
  • Prepare and submit data-load tickets, track them through completion, run post-load checks, and escalate issues.
  • Manage goals and competencies in UltiPro/UKG, including pre-review-cycle cleanup.
  • Partner with the Sales Ops team, flag data-quality risks early, and improve processes as you learn the business.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, data administration, CRM administration, or a related analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and working with large data sets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning preferred) or a similar CRM, or eagerness to ramp quickly
  • High attention to detail and a methodical, audit-minded approach
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities on tight deadlines
  • Clear, proactive communicator who keeps cross-functional partners in the loop
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to UltiPro/UKG, Power BI, mail merge, or DocuSign, or a track record of picking up new tools quickly
  • Passion for process improvement and operational excellence
