National Trade Productions, Inc. located in Alexandria, VA is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales systems, strengthen data integrity, and streamline processes that drive revenue and business growth. This role serves as the department expert for CRM and sales technology, ensuring data accuracy, improving efficiencies, supporting reporting needs, and training employees on systems and processes.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, technology-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain sales databases and technology platforms, including HubSpot, a2z, MYS, ZoomInfo, and Asana.
  • Ensure database accuracy, integrity, and efficiency; manage lead imports and system setup.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with CRM and technology vendors and coordinate with IT on system support.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales processes and technology.
  • Develop and provide client, sales performance, financial, and internal reports.
  • Support dashboards, mailing lists, commissions reporting, and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Train new and existing employees on database systems, features, and processes.
  • Lead or support research, sales, and cross-departmental projects.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Marketing, Event Services, and Operations on reporting, systems, and business needs.
