Position Overview:

The Sales Development Coordinator will support the National Account Team by qualifying and quantifying sales funnel data, improving closing ratios, and assisting in the implementation process. This role is ideal for a competitive, driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an in-office position based in St. Louis and includes participation in Anova's structured sales training program. The person in this role will also be given a small portfolio of national accounts to manage. Future travel could be up to 10% of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and qualify opportunities in the sales funnel to support deal progression.
  • Collaborate with National Account Managers to improve closing ratios and provide data-driven insights.
  • Assist in closing deals and support the implementation process post-sale.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline accuracy.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to support pipeline development.
  • Coordinate and execute outreach and training sessions with select customers.
  • Promote brand awareness and gather market intelligence.
  • Participate in all sales-related training and development programs.
  • Manage a small portfolio of national accounts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success:
  • Sales Funnel Accuracy: Maintain clean, qualified pipeline data.
  • Support Efficiency: Timely and effective collaboration with National Account Managers.
  • Customer Engagement: Execute outreach and training sessions with key accounts.
