The Associate Course Consultant (aCC) supports our district focused growth strategy by concentrating on smaller school district sales, managing inbound leads, and building the foundation for regional growth. This is a quota-carrying sales role with additional responsibilities that support the Regional Course Consultant. This structure allows CCs to focus on larger accounts, while ensuring that all Districts are approached strategically.

Typical Job Duties

  • Sales Performance : Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, including demos presented, deals closed, and revenue generated.
    • Guide educators through the full sales cycle, including consistent detailed follow, effective communication, and accurate CRM data management.
  • Inbound Lead Coordination: Serve as the inbound lead coordinator for your region, gather context, qualify leads, and determine the best follow-up strategy to leverage each lead into larger relationships.
    • Book and manage your own sales appointments.
  • Sales Execution
    • Conduct effective product demos of Stukent's CTE platform and content for school districts with 1-2 schools.
    • Customize presentations, provide pricing, discuss budgets, and close new business.
    • Apply situational awareness to identify the right solution for teachers and districts.
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities - Partner with the Associate Customer Success Manager (aCSM) to generate cross-sell opportunities across disciplines including Ag, Hospitality/Tourism, and Business.
  • Regional Support:
    • Assist the Regional Course Consultant by executing the region's business plan and sales strategy.
    • Contribute to special projects, including Salesforce maintenance, quote creation, pipeline management, platform updates, account merges, and email cadence management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities, projects, or tasks as needed to support the success of the sales team and the company's mission.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education plus experience is required
  • Proven success in sales, preferably in small/medium-sized organizations.
  • Strong technical literacy and comfort with digital platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in organization, time management, and prioritization of multiple tasks
  • Professional, coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to conduct discovery conversations and deliver engaging product demos
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
