Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a 48-bed psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, Ohio. We serve adult patients 18 years of age and older that need mental health and chemical dependency services. Inpatient offerings include treatment for drug and alcohol withdrawal management and stabilization as well as mental health crisis management. Our outpatient services extend the continuum of care to include partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs which allow patients to develop and utilize proper coping mechanisms to help establish a foundation for life. Additionally, we offer a Relapse Prevention Program along with a Medication Administration Program to support patients in maintaining lifelong sobriety.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for assigned patients on the In-patient units. The RN assures the safety and treatment of patients, assuring care follows best practice and acceptable nursing care standards as defined by licensing bodies not limited to State, Federal and accreditation bodies. The RN will assure the following are completed, but is not limited to: admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, restraint and/or seclusion, respond to codes, medication management, group facilitation. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Associates Degree of Nursing or BSN with an Ohio RN License
Day Shift: 7 a.m. -7:30 p.m.
Nigh Shift: 7 p.m. -7:30 a.m.
PRN required to work 3 shifts per 6-week schedule period to remain active.
Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility preferred, but we will train the right person.
This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
