Position Overview:
Our client is a hospital located in Cleveland, Ohio and is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our care
team. As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients with a focus on assessment, health
education, disease prevention and as well as early intervention and support for chronic health conditions. RN participated in a team-
centered care in the community within the facility and in the promotion of continuing, family-centered care in the community.Job duties:
• Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.
• Priority nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patient's condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) or (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License Upon Hire (Required)
• Completed Step 1 Critical Care Competencies Course
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire (Required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Wide range of experience working in critical care specialties including cardiac and cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, renal, and GI
surgery.
