Location: Pensacola, FL

Facility: Sacred Heart Hospital

Department/Specialty: Risk Management

Schedule: Full time, Days

What You Will Do
  • Develop, implement and evaluate practices and policies.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential or actual sources of risk to patients, associates, and their environment.
  • Collaborate with staff, medical staff, leadership, quality and other committee members with respect to risk-related incidents, policies and practices.
  • Develop or facilitate safety, risk and quality care initiatives.
  • Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
  • 3 years Risk Management experience preferred
