Position Summary

Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Account Service Manager to support our Commercial Lines service team. This role provides administrative and operational support to Account Managers while ensuring the accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, client documentation, and agency workflows.

What You'll Do

Support Commercial Lines Account Managers by processing policy transactions and providing day-to-day administrative support.

Answer incoming client calls and assist with service requests while delivering exceptional customer service.

Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other account maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate client and policy information within the agency management system.

Verify policy documents and account information to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Coordinate billing-related activities and collaborate with the Accounting team as needed.

Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized electronic client files.

Scan, upload, and manage documentation within agency systems while maintaining accurate activity notes and suspense items.

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation to support the Commercial Lines team.

Utilize Applied Epic and other agency technology to support efficient workflow management.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver a consistent client experience.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within 90 days of employment.

Previous insurance, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.

Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
