Job description

Position Summary
Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an experienced General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Coordinator to support mission-critical installation operations at Fort Benning, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and a proven ability to establish and manage Preventive Maintenance programs within a military installation environment.
The GFEBS PM Lead Coordinator is responsible for establishing, administering, and managing the installation's GFEBS Preventive Maintenance program and supporting the Plant Maintenance GFEBS Team. This role serves as the primary GFEBS subject matter expert responsible for planning, approving, reporting, and closing maintenance work while ensuring accurate data, proper system execution, and compliance with contract requirements. GFEBS PM Lead Coordinator will coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and work order workflows with functional area leads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and closeout of maintenance activities within GFEBS.
  • Serve as the contractor's primary GFEBS point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Assistant COR (ACOR).
  • Developing Preventative Maintenance Plans and task activities in GFEBS.
  • Monitoring performance of PM plans and activities.
  • May be required in support of the GFEBS Team to enter GFEBS data such as L&E, Time, Materials, and Equipment data and generate reports from GFEBS.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree is required.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, projects, preventive maintenance planning/execution, updating real property inventory, work order processing, material planning and acquisition, and analysis of system reports.
  • Must be able to obtain or already have the following GFEBS Roles
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor Preventive Maintenance Controller
    • A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
    • A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Professional demeanor. Position will require interface with Government customers and frequent collaboration with Military and Government civilian personnel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneNote.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Power Apps.

Clearance and Licenses Requirements
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and is required to complete and successfully pass a Department of Defense National Agency Check.
  • Possession of current NACI or Secret Clearance is a plus.
  • Must be able to gain and maintain access to a military installation and military systems, to include GFEBS and Local Area Network access.

Travel Requirements
  • Ability to travel 10-25%.
