• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for various populations, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to identify their specific challenges and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of clinical interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, using our electronic health records system to ensure compliance and facilitate seamless communication with interdisciplinary teams.
• Utilize case management skills to coordinate care for assigned patients, collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
• Participate in regular team meetings and patient rounds to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, championing an ongoing dialogue that prioritizes client care.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health care, participating in training and professional development opportunities to refine your skills and knowledge base.

As a Mental Health Counselor with Radiant Mental Health Associates, you will work primarily with outpatient clients who present a spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes assisting those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will have the opportunity to impact clients from varied demographics, providing culturally sensitive care that addresses their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary for this role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing empathetic and effective patient care.

• Experience in outpatient settings is highly desirable, particularly in providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous.
• Specialization in evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to CBT, is strongly preferred.
