This position is entirely remote, allowing LCSWs to work from the comfort of their own homes while still collaborating with a robust team dedicated to mental health treatment in a detox center. The LCSW will be responsible for:

• Providing individualized clinical assessments and evaluations for clients experiencing mental health issues within the detox setting.
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans that address both immediate needs and long-term wellness goals, ensuring access to all necessary linked services.
• Conducting evidence-based screenings and facilitating further assessments in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Delivering a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Participating in crisis intervention efforts, effectively managing high-stress situations to ensure client safety and support.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including timely completion of reports and data submissions to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery, share insights, and implement quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population, primarily clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and challenging mental health conditions. These clients may come from diverse backgrounds, and it is vital that the LCSW engages with them respectfully and empathetically, understanding their unique traditions, beliefs, and lived experiences. This role plays a critical part in facilitating positive patient outcomes through empowerment, choice, and accountability in their treatment journey.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid and active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Demonstrated experience in a detox center or substance use treatment environment.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Prior involvement in crisis intervention and managing high-risk patient cases.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
