This position is entirely remote, allowing the Licensed Clinical Social Worker to engage with students and their families from a comfortable and convenient location. You will collaborate with school staff and other mental health professionals to create an integrated approach to care. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify mental health issues among students, applying evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each student.
• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on strategies that empower students towards recovery and resilience.
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to ensure continuity of care, sharing treatment insights to promote a supportive school environment.
• Utilize various therapeutic tools and technologies to monitor progress, document sessions, and adapt care plans as necessary.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and contribute to the collective goal of enhancing the overall mental health care offered in schools.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring students receive timely support in urgent situations.
• Maintain a consistent caseload while ensuring all necessary documentation and reports are completed in a timely and professional manner.

This role focuses primarily on school-age children and adolescents who may exhibit symptoms associated with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders. • Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
• Required education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and educational staff.
