Job description

Litigation Attorney - Remote (CA License Required)
Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Associate can work remotely from anywhere in the US but must be licensed and in good standing with the CA bar.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

  • Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience.

  • Experience working with e-discovery software.

  • Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong academic credentials.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $165,000 โ€“ $185,000 annually (DOE).
