Now Hiring: Recruiter
Location: Central San Diego, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $30.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience)
Length: Contract through the end of the year with potential for extension or conversion
Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts. This role will play a key part in building talent pipelines, identifying top candidates, and helping the organization scale during an exciting period of expansion.
Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for open requisitions (manager level)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, ATS systems, and sourcing tools to identify qualified talent
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments
  • Maintain candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity
  • Collaborate with external staffing partners when needed
  • Recommend process improvements and innovative recruiting strategies
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or high-growth recruiting experience is preferred
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred
  • Experience with AI recruiting tools, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technology is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
