Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Associate Recruiting Coordinator for a contract to hire role with one of our premier Infrastructure Services clients in Atlanta, GA or St. Petersburg, FL.
Responsibilities :
We currently have an opening for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator. The position will begin as a contractor role. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment process coordination and support to a team of recruiters. This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
This position requires excellent interpersonal, communication, candidate management and reporting skills. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, analytical and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function. The individual must thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments as part of a close-knit team.
  • Provide HR administrative support to all Recruiters in North America.
  • Coordinating pre-hire and onboarding; ensuring all new hires are processed in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements and ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Ordering and verification of onboarding documents, ensuring timely processing to eliminate potential delays in the new hires entry process.
  • Recruiting assistance with sourcing, requisition and position management, scheduling, screening / interviewing candidates and offer generation.
  • Administer and record assessment completion; candidate and hiring manager experience survey administration.
  • Overseeing team tracking systems and databases; generating reports including daily requisition status reporting, weekly new hire / pending starts reporting, facilities reporting, etc.
  • Performing data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Routine job posting and job description audits in Workday, Career Site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.
  • Recruitment marketing support (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Talent Network, Ad Campaigns, etc.).
  • Support reporting and process management for employee referral program.
  • Invoice management for key TA Vendors (outplacement, background, relocation, agency, etc.).
  • Support the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Help with additional projects as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 3+ years recruitment support or coordination experience
  • Experience with highly administrative recruiting processes and general administrative experience
  • Experience and high performance in very fast-paced team and environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) - reporting, audits, interview scheduling
  • Experience in resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, job posting and auditing, background checks, pre-hire & onboarding and creating & running reports
Preferred Skills:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Workday Recruiting experience preferred
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
