About the Role

Company is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, candidates, and employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and notify employees of guest arrivals.

  • Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting arrangements.

Telephone & Communication Management

  • Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally.

  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate team members.

  • Respond to general inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.

Administrative Support

  • Scan, fax, copy, and file documents.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical records.

  • Assist with data entry and document management.

  • Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks.

Mail & Courier Management

  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Coordinate courier services, overnight shipments, and package deliveries.

  • Track important documents and maintain shipping records.

Banking & Office Operations

  • Perform bank runs and deposit checks as required.

  • Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.

  • Help maintain office organization and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

General Office Support

  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees and visitors.

  • Coordinate office events, lunches, meetings, and team activities as needed.

  • Support management with miscellaneous administrative projects and special assignments.

  • Perform other receptionist and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

  • 2–3 years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or office support experience.
