NBCUniversal is seeking a Associate Project Manager – Episodic to support the StudioPost Picture post-production operations team. In this role you will assist in coordinating TV episodic post-production projects, helping ensure smooth execution, accurate scheduling, and strong client service.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Scheduling teams. You will help track project progress, support client communication, and ensure workflows stay organized and on schedule.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Support Project Managers in the coordination and execution of episodic post-production projects 
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders 
  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals 
  • Participate in pre-production meetings and take detailed notes to support project execution 
  • Monitor daily project activity and communicate updates to Project Managers and stakeholders 
  • Assist in scheduling coordination, ensuring resources are properly allocated across projects 
  • Help facilitate communication between shifts (day, swing/night, weekends) to ensure continuity 
  • Support issue tracking and escalation by identifying potential risks or delays early 
  • Assist in reviewing client requests and flagging potential overages or scope changes 
  • Help ensure accurate documentation, order tracking, and timely billing support 
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying workflow inefficiencies
