As a Salesforce Implementation Project Manager you will manage project coordination, implementation support, business process alignment, user readiness, and operational execution related to CRM initiatives.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and cross-functional Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to support the successful deployment and adoption of enterprise CRM capabilities across the organization. This role will focus on project coordination, implementation support, business process alignment, user readiness, and operational execution related to CRM initiatives. The Salesforce Implementation Manager will work closely with Commercial Technology leadership, IT, implementation partners, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business stakeholders to help ensure successful CRM rollout and adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with experience supporting CRM implementations, business process improvements, and user enablement initiatives. This role requires occasional travel to support workshops, training, implementation activities, and business engagement across locations. This position will be contract and hybrid in Elkhart, Indiana.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution activities related to CRM implementation projects, including timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action tracking

  • Partner with Commercial Technology leadership, IT teams, and implementation partners to support successful CRM deployment and adoption initiatives

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business teams during CRM implementation activities

  • Support business process documentation, workflow mapping, and operational alignment efforts associated with CRM rollout

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, feedback collection, and resolution activities during implementation phases

  • Help manage CRM implementation schedules, project documentation, meeting cadences, status updates, and stakeholder communications

  • Support CRM data migration, cleanup, and validation activities in coordination with IT and enterprise data teams

  • Collaborate with enterprise data, MDM, ERP, ecommerce, and product data teams to support operational alignment between CRM and related business systems

  • Assist with CRM training coordination, user onboarding, documentation, and adoption support initiatives

  • Monitor implementation progress and support reporting on project milestones, adoption metrics, operational readiness, and implementation KPIs

  • Coordinate change management activities to help drive user engagement and adoption across business functions

  • Identify implementation risks, operational challenges, and process gaps, escalating issues and supporting resolution activities as needed

  • Support post-go-live stabilization efforts, enhancement tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintain CRM project documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation best practices

  • Support vendor coordination and implementation partner management activities as needed

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations, business systems projects, project management, or commercial operations initiatives

  • Experience participating in CRM implementations or enterprise technology deployments

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, requirements gathering, and implementation tracking activities

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems

  • Understanding of business process mapping, operational workflows, and change management principles

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience supporting user training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through capabilities

Preferred:

  • Experience in manufacturing, B2B, distribution, or commercial operations environments

  • Experience working with CRM implementation partners or system integrators

  • Familiarity with ERP, marketing automation, ecommerce, or customer data platforms

  •  Experience with project management tools and methodologies

  • Exposure to data migration, CRM integrations, or enterprise data initiatives

  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred
