As an Associate Project Manager in the P&A Transformation team, you will drive transformation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute digital and process transformation projects. You will support tangible change by aiding in the evaluation and redesign of operating models to better align with emerging technology trends, ensuring smooth transition and value realization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving Transformation: Collaborate with teams to plan and execute digital and process transformation projects using modern tools and methodologies
  • Supporting Change: Evaluate and redesign operating models to align with technology trends like Cloud, AI/ML, and data analytics, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Modernizing Project Management: Apply agile and traditional methodologies to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively
  • Coordinating Project: Oversee P&A and Controllers transformation projects, define scopes, develop plans, and ensure timely delivery while managing dependencies and risks
  • Handling Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate project updates and alignments with LOB leads and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Processing & Digital Support: Partner with teams to document business requirements, test digital solutions, and develop training materials for new systems
  • Generating Operating Model & Data Insights: Document and refine process flows and system integrations, leveraging technical know-how to support cloud-based initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis, with proven exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives ideally within P&A or Controllers functions
  • Demonstrated familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile/ SCRUM, Waterfall, and traditional change management practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data management and cloud architecture principles
  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Advanced technical acumen with exposure to Cloud technologies such as AWS or Databricks
  • Experience with digital transformation tools, data analytics, or business intelligence platforms
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or Agile methodologies) is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and digital automation
  • Proven track record in driving process improvements and modernizing business practices.
  • Strong judgment in applying AI-knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
