Project Coordinator | Construction (Confidential Search)
Buckhead | $60K - $75K + Benefits | In-Office
We are conducting a confidential search for a Project Coordinator to join a well-established and growing construction firm This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, growth, and excellent benefits.
What You'll Do
  • Provide project coordination and administrative support across multifamily construction projects
  • Assist with estimating and bid preparation
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and records
  • Utilize Procore and related construction software to streamline project management
What Were Looking For
  • 1+ year of construction or project coordination experience
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
