Project Manager

About the Opportunity

A growing residential construction and remodeling company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing timelines, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring exceptional project execution.

The successful candidate will have experience managing residential construction projects and possess strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Experience with commercial construction projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction and remodeling projects simultaneously

  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and subcontractor activities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety

  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors

  • Communicate project updates and resolve issues as they arise

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
